Overview

Allen & York is partnering with a leading organization in the mining sector to recruit a Program Manager for an International Sustainability Reporting Code. This role focuses on ensuring transparent reporting and continuous improvement within the sector.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the organization of audits and reports, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
2. Oversee independent consultants and assessors, building a network of auditors and compliance organizations.
3. Engage with global organizations to ensure annual reporting compliance.
4. Collaborate with internal departments and liaise with member organizations internationally.
5. Work closely with an administrative associate; potential for future team management responsibilities.
6. Possibly travel internationally to visit companies, with a focus on Latin America, Africa, and SE Asia.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, or related fields.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Languages such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese are beneficial.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
