Job summary

TESTQ Technologies in Greater London is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation and delivery programs across multiple business units. You will drive governance, ensure budget and schedule compliance, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic outcomes.

You will manage global onshore and offshore teams, align cross-functional work streams, and ensure risk and issue resolution with transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 15 years of program and project management experience.
• Stakeholder and client management at senior leadership level.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation and delivery programs.
• Strong governance, risk, issue and financial management.
• Experience managing global onshore/offshore teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
