TESTQ Technologies LTD. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager with 15 years of experience in large-scale delivery and a strong focus on governance and financial oversight. The role requires hybrid work (4 days from the office) in Greater London and involves managing global onshore/offshore teams and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have PMP/PRINCE2 and experience with insurance/reinsurance platforms; cloud transformation exposure with Azure/AWS is a plus.

• Lead program management and delivery governance for complex reinsurance platforms
