Job description

ShipTech Program Management Team is looking for a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to contribute towards the Label Canvas Program, which transforms shipping labels into an innovative advertising medium. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end campaign lifecycle for advertisers, including creative procurement, targeted campaign management, and relationship development. You will oversee the execution aspects of campaign design, ensuring advertiser satisfaction and long-term success.

This role also involves managing the intake process, setting up campaigns for existing advertisers, and onboarding new ones to the Label Canvas platform. You will work closely with various business teams across the Amazon ecosystem, leveraging Label Canvas as a key advertising solution.

In addition, the Program Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with ShipTech Product, TPM, Dev, and BIE teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, from initial pitch to post-campaign analysis. Regular reporting on campaign outcomes will be provided to both advertisers and internal leadership.


Key job responsibilities
1. Campaign intake and management SOP Development: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for managing both first-time and existing customer campaigns.
2: Campaign Setup - Execution Responsibility: Oversee the launch of the first campaign for new advertisers, ensuring smooth on-boarding. This will also include other related activities.
3. Ongoing Campaign Management: Manage campaigns for existing advertisers, optimizing creative strategies and targeting criteria.
4. Review Documentation: Continuously improve the format of review documents for internal and external reporting.
5. Internal Reviews: Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) within ShipTech.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- 2+ years of profit & loss management experience
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
