Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Program Manager to drive structured project management, coordination, and reporting across initiatives within the UK. You will partner with project leads, change managers, and stakeholders to ensure work is planned, tracked, and executed with discipline.

You will focus on day-to-day delivery, maintain plans, manage dependencies, track risks, and provide transparent status updates to enable informed decision‑making. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8 years experience supporting projects or programs in a structured delivery environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in cross‑functional, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project charter development and align scope and outcomes with sponsors.
  • Maintain detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate tasks and dependencies across cross‑functional teams.
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Track and manage risks, issues, decisions, and actions (RAID logs).
  • Manage change control process throughout projects.
