Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a high-growth tech, healthcare or consumer business, or in consulting delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Outcome-oriented rather than input-driven.
• Data-driven, with a focus on performance driven by data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of priority programs from scoping and planning through launch and post-launch review.
• Build and maintain program plans, roadmaps, milestones and dependency maps.
• Coordinate across Client Experience, Front-line delivery, Marketing and Finance; drive alignment and resolve blockers quickly.
• Deep-dive into program data to understand performance, spot trends and risks, and drive targeted improvements.
• Run the operating rhythm: weekly program reviews, stakeholder updates, retrospectives and planning cycles.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks with clear options and recommendations.
• Define success metrics for each program and report progress, budget and outcomes to leadership.
• Introduce lightweight processes, templates and tooling to move faster without adding bureaucracy.
