The role As a Program Manager, you will drive execution with our most important customers and partners. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functionally across all departments within the organization. You will own the day-to-day project management of multiple deployments running simultaneously. Your goal is to manage project scope and ensure deployments are completed on time and within budget. You will report to our regional Director.

What you need to have is?

• Proficient in project management
• Strong technical understanding of software systems at scale
• Knowledge of Agile framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban) and understanding of software development life cycle models and traditional project management principles and practices
• Knowledge of project tracking, source control, repository management systems (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, SonarQube, etc)
• Certified PMP, Scrum Master (SCM) or equivalent; SAFe knowledge

You will:

• Identify and understand project risks, coordinate with respective teams as applicable to reduce and resolve
• Communicate and influence on project delivery
• Oversee the planning, tracking and completion of all project tasks throughout the customer or partner onboarding process
• Develop and oversee the project schedule and lead regular onboarding meetings
• Document, coordinate and monitor progress of customer or partner, including ensuring all requirements are met
• Coordinate internal resources; Guide project to release on time with high quality
• Coordinate client training; help customers or partner understand product features and benefits
• Transition customer or partner from sales to customer success or business development
• Manage dependencies both within the company for multiple projects running simultaneously
• Translate relevant, applicable information to be clear by multiple audiences (project-level resources to executives)
• Provide ongoing deployment progress to management using relevant reporting tools and dashboards
