Job Description:

Alongside world-leading HVOR customers, Sensata is creating products that improve the performance, reliability, and cost of battery electric systems, supporting the next generation of trucks, buses, and stationary storage systems. The Program Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring completion on time and within budget. The role involves liaising between project teams and key stakeholders.

  1. Responsibilities:
    • Lead multiple project activities throughout their lifecycle, ensuring scope, quality, time, and cost constraints are met.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and schedules.
    • Manage deadlines, budgets, and project activities.
    • Apply change, risk, and resource management techniques.
    • Resolve high-level project issues and assess program strengths for continuous improvement.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and team performance goals are achieved.
    • Implement and manage changes to meet project objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and issues.
    • Produce accurate and timely reports on program status.
    • Analyze and manage program risks.
  2. Qualifications:
    • University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 3+ years in Project or Program Management.
    • Experience in Agile development environments.
    • Experience managing hardware, software, and system development projects.
    • Background in automotive or fast-paced technology sectors, preferably with electric vehicle experience.
    • Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety in automotive industry is a plus.
    • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to lead multi-functional global teams and define business cases and product roadmaps.
    • Experience in change management and customer-facing projects.
