Qualifications

  • Experienced in automotive/aerospace New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • PMI accreditation (PMP) or equivalent recommended.

Program Manager – Loughborough – £65,000 - £70,000 Chase and Holland are proud to be working with an Award-Winning global manufacturer who are currently recruiting a Program Manager to join their team. As Program Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of projects related to New Product Introduction. The business has many exciting projects lined up and it is an exciting time to join. Program Manager Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the profit and loss of projects. Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for every project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments
  • Executing IPT leadership across projects
  • Establishing objectives and goals and provides direction to project teams in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment
  • Managing effective communications
  • Ensuring standard program management processes are utilized and adequate to support the project execution and teams
  • Managing all risks and requirements of the project
  • Providing periodic project updates (Project Status Report) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas ( technical, cost, and schedule)
  • Managing the scope and specification for the project considering the need of customer, stakeholders and in collaboration with the Program Management Office (PMO)
  • Reporting project progress and information, performs project reviews, identifies risks and deviations, and obtains solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree: Engineering or Business degree preferred
  • Experienced in automotive/aerospace New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or Operational projects
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (PMP) or equivalent recommended
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in risk management
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
