The Program Manager at LaunchGood is a strategic role focused on the planning, coordination, and execution of our most impactful campaigns and initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Strategy & Program Manager, this individual will lead high-visibility programs—including Ramadan, Dhul Hijjah, and GivingTuesday—and support the development of new initiatives that drive growth, alignment, and meaningful impact across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and is passionate about building systems that scale.

They will oversee 65% of the company’s annual revenue with matrix responsibility of 100+ people during major seasonal programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with the Senior Strategy & Program Manager to define, prioritize, and track progress toward organizational goals.
• Support annual and seasonal planning efforts, ensuring team-wide alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor key results (IKRs - intentions and key results), identify risks, and provide regular reporting and insights.
• Help embed strategic thinking into day-to-day team execution.

Program & Campaign Management

• Lead the planning and execution of flagship seasonal campaigns, including Ramadan, Dhul Hijjah, and GivingTuesday which account for 65%+ of the company’s annual revenue.
• Develop and manage new strategic programs that support LaunchGood’s long-term vision and growth.
• Coordinate logistics, communications, and content for internal and external campaign-related events (both virtual and on-site).
• Ensure seamless collaboration across all departments including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Brand, Marketing, People Operations etc.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery

• Act as a central point of coordination across teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and momentum on shared initiatives.
• Facilitate strong cross-functional workflows, meetings, and communications.
• Support issue resolution and risk mitigation to keep programs moving forward.

Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives

• Drive key internal initiatives that strengthen team operations, campaign performance, and program innovation.
• Contribute to research, insights, and experimentation to inform future planning and long-term decision-making.
• Work closely with the Senior Strategy & Program Manager on ad hoc projects and priority areas as they arise.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management with knowledge of good practice (e.g. RACI, ToR, risk matrix, managing retrospectives).
• Strong track record of leading successful cross-functional programs or campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to influence at a senior level (e.g. C-Suite and Directors)
• Familiarity with OKRs and experience working in remote and/or fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of team leadership and ability to drive company-wide initiatives.
• Passion for LaunchGood’s mission of empowering Muslims globally through impactful storytelling and crowdfunding.
