Alongside world-leading HVOR customers, Sensata is creating products that improve the performance, reliability, and cost of battery electric systems — and the next generation of trucks, buses, and stationary storage systems that use them. The Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing a portfolio of projects and programs for the organization. You will ensure that each aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget, acting as a liaison between project teams and key stakeholders.
General Responsibilities
- Lead multiple project activities throughout their lifecycles to ensure completion within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
- Apply change, risk, and resource management strategies.
- Resolve higher scope issues within projects.
- Assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure goals are met in customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Implement and manage changes to achieve project objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders to facilitate transparent communication regarding project issues and decisions.
- Produce accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycle.
- Analyze program risks.
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills—oral, written, and presentation.
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Self-accountability for achieving goals and standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

- Oversee new technology developments in the evolving heavy vehicle industry.
- Preferably have experience in automotive or fast-paced technology environments, especially electric vehicles.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and functional safety requirements in the automotive industry is desirable.
