Alongside world-leading HVOR customers, Sensata is creating products that improve the performance, reliability, and cost of battery electric systems — and the next generation of trucks, buses, and stationary storage systems that use them. The Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing a portfolio of projects and programs for the organization. You will ensure that each aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget, acting as a liaison between project teams and key stakeholders.

General Responsibilities

1. Lead multiple project activities throughout their lifecycles to ensure completion within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
3. Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
4. Apply change, risk, and resource management strategies.
5. Resolve higher scope issues within projects.
6. Assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
7. Ensure goals are met in customer satisfaction and team performance.
8. Implement and manage changes to achieve project objectives.
9. Engage with stakeholders to facilitate transparent communication regarding project issues and decisions.
10. Produce accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycle.
11. Analyze program risks.

Experience / Qualifications

• A university degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills—oral, written, and presentation.
• Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Self-accountability for achieving goals and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels, including suppliers and external customers.

• Lead multi-functional global teams in defining system and product roadmaps aligned with customer and business priorities.
