About the Role

Join a leading financial services client as a PMO Analyst within their Portfolio Management Office. This role is crucial for the governance of business and technology change delivery, with ownership of multi-year plans and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track initiative costs, resources, and financial data using advanced Excel
  • Support the development of new planning processes, milestone tracking, and risk management
  • Prepare high-quality data for governance reporting and decision-making
  • Track actions from governance forums and provide administrative support

Key Requirements

  • Advanced MS Excel skills - complex formulas, data automation, and analysis
  • PMO experience with knowledge of project lifecycles
  • Strong understanding of project finance fundamentals
  • Experience with resource management and budget/forecast tracking
  • Investment Banking Experience (2-3 years)
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team
  • MS Project knowledge
  • PowerBI
