Job summary

Transport for Wales is seeking a Senior Delivery Project Manager to lead Station Improvements across the Wales and Borders and Core Valley Lines network. You will manage the programme from scoping through to handover, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.

This 12-month fixed-term role involves developing delivery plans, driving milestones, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance while reporting to senior TfW stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing infrastructure projects.
• Budgeting and governance experience.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing the programme of assigned infrastructure projects and budget in line with PMO governance.
• Liaising with senior management and external parties.
• Plan and drive completion of all project deliverables including business case, regulatory requirements, roadmap, budget, and handover.
• Ensure delivery within scope, safety, timescale, cost and quality.
