Tata Technologies Limited is recruiting for a Program Lead to be based at our customer's office in Gaydon. The role focuses on planning, coordination and delivery of complex automotive programmes, with governance and stakeholder engagement across global teams.

You will manage multi-domain engineering projects, align teams and suppliers with business goals, and drive delivery leadership to keep programmes on track and within scope.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, programme management or related discipline.
• Experience managing cross-functional programmes in OEM/Tier1 environment.
• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management and communication skills.

milestones, deliverables and resource forecasts. Coordinate customers, suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams across global locations. Monitor programme performance against quality, cost, timing and scope commitments. Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and escalation actions. Lead customer reviews, governance forums, status reporting and decision tracking. Support mobilisation, recruitment planning and workload balancing. Coordinate engineering changes and assess programme impacts. Maintain KPIs, dashboards, action trackers and management reports. Drive recovery plans where delivery is at risk and follow actions through to closure.

Knowledge / Experience Essential: Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, programme management or a related discipline. Automotive engineering or programme delivery experience. Experience managing cross-functional programmes in an OEM, Tier 1 or engineering services environment. Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Good understanding of automotive development, validation and release lifecycles.

Desirable: Experience with E/E, systems, integration or software programmes. Awareness of ASPICE, ISO 26262 or ISO 21434. Global delivery and supplier management experience.
