Job description

We are recruiting for a Programme Director/Manager on a contract basis to oversee a multi-workstream Cyber programme end-to-end for an exciting client based in the Worcestershire area. Due to an NDA, we cannot disclose client details at this stage, but candidates should ideally have the following experience:

1. Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments such as retail, where setups are typically dynamic and unstructured.
2. Experience delivering Cyber programmes, particularly around data, disaster recovery, technology response, and crisis communication.
3. Proven track record of delivering large, end-to-end programmes with multiple, complex, and interdependent workstreams.
4. This role is primarily for a skilled Programme Director; while cyber experience is beneficial, it is not necessary to be a cyber expert. If you're on a pathway to CISO, this role may not be suitable for you.
