Job summary

Clinigen Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Program Associate to support Directors and Managers with monitoring and reporting across client and program portfolios, and to act as the main contact for clients and affiliates.

You will monitor progress against specifications and KPIs, help maintain relationships, coordinate inventory with clients, and escalate issues to the operations team. English language and Outlook/Excel proficiency are essential.

• Business-fluent English.

Required Experience

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with CRM software.

• Experience with Order Management software.
