Prestige Nursing & Care Chichester & Worthing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Professional Support Workers to join our growing team. We provide high-quality care and support to people living in their own homes across Chichester, Worthing, and surrounding areas, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

As a Professional Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each client’s individual needs. Duties may include assisting with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance, companionship, shopping, household tasks, and supporting clients to access their local community.

You will work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure care is delivered safely and in accordance with individual care plans. Accurate record keeping, effective communication, and reporting any changes in a client’s condition or well-being are essential parts of the role.

We are looking for individuals who are caring, professional, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference. Previous care or support work experience is desirable, although full training and ongoing support will be provided.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the community-based nature of the role.
