Candidate

Some key responsibilities for you, as a PSL, will be to provide in-depth, top-quality market knowledge, while having the ability to share this with your team in a direct and efficient manner. Your work will always impact client services, so providing high-quality research is key to being successful in this role.

Your main duties will include:

• Keeping up to date on market trends and research.
• Controlling online content and business development material for the department's online presence.
• Working collaboratively with your team to strategise on methods to win and retain clients.
• Account management for all clients, ensuring team members are aware of updates.
• Supporting the creation and execution of technical property contracts.
• Training department members to manage changing requirements in the property industry.
• Being a point of contact for the business development team, generating and gathering new ideas from colleagues.
