The Role

Due to continued growth, this department seeks an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join in a PSL capacity. The successful candidate will join a well-established Corporate department with over 10 staff members, including several partners with strong backgrounds.

Main responsibilities include advising and guiding the team on technical issues, client matters, and best practices. The role emphasizes mentoring, team development, and enhancing experience, suited for a technically strong lawyer with management and mentoring skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years PQE with strong experience in corporate matters
• Experience mentoring others
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Recent experience in negotiating M&A transactions and market practice is desirable but not essential
