A leading international law firm is seeking a proactive Professional Standards and Quality Specialist to join their HR team in London.

The ideal candidate should have experience in conduct compliance, ethical practice, professional skills training, and a strong understanding of the SRA Standards and Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality legal services by maintaining and promoting current best practices and professional standards.
• Liaise with the Compliance & Risk team to monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct internal reviews and quality assessments to identify improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Help embed effective supervision practices, especially in hybrid and AI-augmented work environments.
• Develop and deliver training on conduct, ethics, client service, and professional skills.
• Provide support and guidance on learning opportunities to develop behavioral and professional skills.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align CPD activities with performance reviews and generate compliance reports.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in professional services, compliance, quality standards, or professional skills development.
• Experience in designing and managing compliance training and reporting frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SRA Standards and Regulations.
