Job summary

Wellingborough School is seeking a Professional Sports Coach to deliver high-quality coaching across a range of sports and to support the Games programme. You will manage school teams and assist with holiday camps and facility operations, ensuring inspiring experiences for pupils.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 2 Coaching Qualification in a major sport, with a passion for helping young people enjoy and succeed in sport. ASAP start, 37.5 hours per week, including Saturdays.

Wellingborough School is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Professional Sports Coach to join our thriving Sports Department. This exciting role involves delivering high-quality coaching across a range of sports, supporting the Games programme, managing school teams, and assisting with holiday camps and sports facility operations.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 2 Coaching Qualification in a major sport and have a passion for inspiring young people to enjoy and achieve success in sport.

Start Date: ASAP

Contract type: Full time, permanent

Salary: £32,703

Reporting to: Director of Sport and Head of Commercial Operations

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, plus Saturday fixtures
