Working within Specialist Children’s service in Greater Glasgow and Clyde, which encompasses Community paediatrics, CAMHS & Acute Paediatrics, you will be committed to addressing the health and wellbeing needs of children, young people and their families. We are ambitious in our visioning for the future and are clear about the need to further develop integrated services that ensure that children, young people and families receive the right support, at the right time and in a way that best meets their needs. As such, you will be required to be person centred and innovative in your thinking and leadership, with excellent ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with a wide range of stakeholders. An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide professional leadership for Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy across pathways. We are looking for a leader who will support and champion quality of care, delivery and putting children, young people and families at the heart of what we do. You should have a strong understanding of governance, patient safety and innovation and lead people in line with prevention and stage approaches to care.
