About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Financial Lines claims, primarily related to Management Liability/FI risks. Knowledge of other classes such as Global Professional Indemnity and Cyber is advantageous.

This role is based in London, with an agile working environment requiring a minimum of two days in the office per week.

• Experience in Management Liability, Crime, and FI Claims.
• Proven technical and policy interpretation skills.
• Strong claims processing knowledge and understanding of the London Market.
• Experience with London Market systems including ECF and CLASS.
• Experience liaising with clients and insurers, including claims negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to attend external client meetings.
• Working towards the ACII qualification is a plus.
