Job summary

JARK Stevenage is seeking a Production Yield & Reporting Coordinator to collect, verify and report production data across our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on monitoring yields, waste, production output and key operational metrics to ensure information is accurate, timely and reliable for management decision making.

You will audit production records, analyze performance data, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, KPI analyses and trend reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collect, organise, and interpret production data.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor production yields across all manufacturing departments.
• Gather production data, track outputs, waste, downtime and throughput.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and KPI analyses.
• Conduct routine audits and verify accuracy of records.
• Support management with ad-hoc reporting and data requests.
• Attend production meetings and present performance information.
