Title of Position: Production Worker

Pay Range: $17.00-$21.00 per hour.

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday)

Location: Stockton, California

We are seeking Production Workers for our Production Team in Stockton, California.

Basic Function: Perform various procedures which may include winding, assembly, solder, tin, strip and cut wire, glue, coat, varnish and use test machines. Production Worker 1 must read and interpret the work instructions and then complete the required process. They must maintain a quality standard that complies with the guidelines established by their supervisor, as well as with the instructions that accompany each job.

Responsibilities:

1. Build complex coils and assemblies from start to finish, at very high levels of quality and repeatability.
2. Inspect their own work and ensure that each job is completed 100% correctly every time, at a high level of quality.
3. Document first article builds or pre-runs with pictorials and detailed notes.
4. Test complex coils and transformers.
5. Always keep safety foremost; follow all safety rules and procedures.
6. Do the job assigned as quickly and efficiently as possible.
7. Cooperate with supervisor and other employees.
8. Keep the work area clean and neat.
9. 100% compliance with work instructions accompanying each job.
10. Read the work instructions and understand the work instructions.
