Job summary

Danish Crown UK Ltd. in Rochdale is seeking two Facilities Welfare Cleaners to maintain hygiene across offices and welfare areas, with AM or PM shifts.

You will ensure a clean and safe environment that supports productive work and a positive visitor experience. You will receive full training on specialist floor cleaning machinery and play a key role in keeping the site safe, comfortable and well-presented for colleagues and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in a professional cleaning role.
• Soft Skills: An approachable, flexible and proactive mindset with the ability to manage your time and build good relationships across departments.
• Hard Skills: Knowledge of core cleaning routines, stock tracking and the physical capability to use floor cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, canteens, reception areas and toilets, including logistics and engineering areas.
• Replenishing essential PPE and uniforms required for daily production operations.
• Operating floor cleaning machinery (full training provided) and tracking stock requirements.
• Liaising with other departments, completing external litter picking and reporting any facility damage promptly.
