Job summary

Acorn by Synergie in Willand near Tiverton is seeking a Production Operative / Van Driver to join a busy manufacturing business. The role blends production work with occasional customer deliveries, within a Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm pattern, with an immediate start and temp-to-perm potential.

You will operate machinery after training, perform quality checks, keep the workspace clean and safe, and occasionally deliver goods by company van to Bristol, Plymouth and surrounding areas within working

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving licence is essential.
• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or delivery experience is advantageous.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general production and manufacturing duties.
• Operate machinery following training.
• Complete quality checks and meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a busy production team.
• Drive a company van on some days as required to deliver goods to customers.
• Make deliveries to Bristol, Plymouth and surrounding areas as required.
• Complete all driving and deliveries within working hours.
