Role Overview:

CPS Group UK is seeking an experienced Production Technology Project Manager with a background in supporting IT Production Technology for Film, Media, and Television Content Production. The role involves overseeing various projects within a global program management team, supporting top-tier productions for a major entertainment brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the project manager and primary contact for UK-based production teams.
• Manage production requests, provide updates, assess priorities, and track schedules.
• Lead communications and coordination with production teams across pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Coordinate with US-based teams and manage multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
• Report project status, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and issues.
• Utilize PowerBI for executive reporting and analyze team processes for improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing IT/Production Technology projects in a film studio or content production environment.
• Deep knowledge of production technology and experience with Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of technical project management experience using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• 3+ years managing diverse projects with various technologies and complexities.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to rapid changes.
• Excellent facilitation and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira.
