Job summary

Cranleigh Scientific is seeking a Production Technician for our Berkshire site. The role is on-site, 30 hours per week, with duties spanning manufacturing and packaging under GMP and hygiene requirements. You will support process improvements and maintain a clean, safe workspace to meet productivity targets.

Candidate should have a science background, experience in production is preferred, and readiness to learn SOPs and engage in continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Preferably a degree in a science-related field.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is advantageous.

• Execute production plans while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Identify and elevate issues that cannot be resolved independently.
• Continuously monitor and improve workflows, ensuring efficient order completion.
