Job summary

Roche is looking for a Process Technician for a 12-month contract based at Athena Motherwell, requiring approximately 70% of time in Bathgate. This role involves working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure quality and continuous improvement in sensor manufacture.

Qualifications

• Experience in rotary converting and/or reel to reel printing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods/techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with manufacturing technicians and engineers.
• Support monitoring of product and process data.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems methodically.
• Conduct CTQ testing and product analysis.
• Investigate and resolve non-conformances.
• Support NPD projects and validation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards.

Skills

GMP experience

Good level of relevant industry experience (preferably medical device related)

Experience of optimising product and processes

High level of computer literacy

Team player

Strong problem-solving skills

Education

Degree qualified or relevant experience

Process Excellence Yellow or Green belt
