Responsibilities

• Carry out wafer and chip-level production processes including photolithography, sputtering, furnace processing, dicing, polishing and inspection.
• Work within cleanroom environments to manufacture high-quality optical devices.
• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
• Identify and report process issues and quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate production logs and quality documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain cleanroom practices.

My client is a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing business. They are looking for a Production Technician to join their team, working across a production facility and university cleanroom environment to manufacture specialist optical devices.

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out wafer and chip-level production processes, including photolithography, sputtering, furnace processing, dicing, polishing and inspection.
• Working within cleanroom environments to manufacture high-quality optical devices.
• Ensuring production schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
• Identifying and reporting process issues and quality concerns.
• Maintaining accurate production logs and quality documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining excellent cleanroom practices.
