Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Production Technician to join a high-speed manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor equipment, perform routine maintenance, and help ensure product quality in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.

We offer £35,000, 25 days’ annual leave plus 8 UK bank holidays, training and career progression, and a supportive team focused on continuous improvement. Shift patterns run on a 2-week rotating cycle with early and late hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within high-speed manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing improvements.

Working hours on a 2 weekly rotating shift cycle

• 41.25 hours per week
• Early shift: 06:00-14:15
• Late shift: 14:00-22:15
• Weekend coverage may be required
