Job summary

Michelle Denny Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a respected Diss-based manufacturing business for an experienced Production Technician. The role offers a salary up to £30,000 per year, DOE, and rotating early/late shifts.

You will work as part of an established team, setting up and monitoring production equipment, performing quality checks, and keeping accurate production records while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Rotating shifts: 6.00am - 2.00pm and 2.00pm - 10.00pm (weekly rotation)

Michelle Denny Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a respected manufacturing business in Diss for an experienced Production Technician, with a salary of up to c £30,000pa doe.

This is a hands on production role, suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping manufacturing running smoothly and taking pride in producing quality work. Working as part of an established production team, you'll play an important role in maintaining output, supporting colleagues and ensuring products are manufactured to a consistently high standard.

Previous manufacturing experience is essential. Experience within plastics manufacturing would be advantageous, although applicants from other production environments who have strong technical ability and a proactive approach will also be considered.

What you'll be doing
