Job summary

HR GO Recruitment Bishops Stortford is looking for 3 Food Production Operatives to join a premium food manufacturer. This is a genuine Temporary-to-Permanent opportunity with an immediate start after a quick site visit introduction.

Create a stable Monday-to-Friday routine, 07:30 am – 05:00 pm, no weekends, with weekly pay and a clear path to a permanent contract with excellent company perks. Full training is provided, and overtime opportunities are available pre-Christmas.

Qualifications

• Own transport due to rural location of site.
• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail are essential.
• Friendly, team-first attitude is important.
• Previous warehouse/production experience is a plus but not required as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, blending, and packing high-end spice and food products.
• Operating modern production machinery with full training and supervision.
• Maintaining top quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Safely lifting, stacking and preparing finished products onto pallets for dispatch.
• Working collaboratively within a friendly, energetic team.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous warehouse, factory, or food manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required as full training is given.
