About The Role
Our Team Managers are responsible for driving results through their teams. They ensure their team members are engaged, well-managed, and productive. The role is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring adaptability and leadership.

Reporting to the Department Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and driving KPIs, taking corrective actions to meet targets daily and weekly
• Setting performance targets, reviewing progress, and creating improvement action plans, including cost reduction and standards enhancement
• Identifying solutions to problems and implementing continuous improvement strategies
• Spotting and developing talent within your team through coaching and guidance
• Ensuring colleague welfare and improving attendance standards
• Assigning tasks and conducting daily shift briefs

About You

Alongside a strong work ethic, you will have:

• Management or supervisory experience in a large-scale production environment, preferably in Food Manufacturing
• The ability to challenge decisions and behaviors to ensure consistent customer service, with strong problem-solving skills
• A proven track record in people management and delivering results through a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Assertiveness and decisiveness
• A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Understanding of cost models, budget control, and pest management experience
