You will lead a team, ensure safe equipment operation, and collaborate with engineering and technical staff to meet targets. The role requires proactive leadership, strong problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the day-to-day operation of the production area.
• Ensure safe, efficient and effective operation of plant, equipment and processes.
• Drive production performance to meet quality, output and delivery targets.
• Support training and development of team members to build capability.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering and operational teams.
• Lead problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure completion of production, quality and process documentation to required standards.
