You will coordinate team activities, monitor safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement to meet production goals and high quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while ensuring OTIF delivery and efficient use of labour.

Qualifications

• Proven Team Leader ability.
• Relevant production experience in fast-moving, high-volume manufacturing.
• Able to prioritise and control work in accordance with deadlines.
• Able to adapt and manage changing priorities.
• Able to achieve OTIF delivery, ensuring product quality is maintained.
• Hands On and leads by example.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Effective communicator at all levels.
• IT Literate - proficient in Microsoft Office and e-mail.
• Target driven with proven ability to achieve results

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Supporting the Production Manager to achieve daily production targets and OTIF delivery performance.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Report any problems affecting production to the Production Manager.
• Responsible for the efficient utilisation of labour.
• Responsible for Quality Control within their area of responsibility.
