Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Production Team Leader for an established manufacturer in the region. You will lead day-to-day production, drive improvements in safety and quality, and develop your team.

The role requires a hands-on manager who can balance daily targets with high standards of housekeeping and process discipline, while coaching colleagues to reach their potential.
