Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Production Team Leader in Wolverhampton to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. You will oversee day-to-day production, manage workloads, and ensure targets are met while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety procedures.

Working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with pay £14.00-£15.00 per hour DOE. This role offers progression and close collaboration with management to drive efficiency and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and reliable.

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehousing, operations or a similar environment would be advantageous.
