Job summary

Samworth Brothers are looking for a Team Leader in Melton Mowbray to lead a busy department, organise job rotation, and drive performance through coaching and timely reviews.

You will support the Line Manager, act as a back‑up when needed, and champion health & safety while living the Samworth Brothers values. This role offers a clear path towards higher responsibility within a well‑established family of brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and organizing job rotation.
• Conducting performance and probation reviews within timelines.
• Staff training, coaching and delegation with clear communication.

Responsibilities
