Job summary

Production Assembly Team Lead role leading a skilled assembly team in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. You will coach technicians, manage daily production activities, and drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement to deliver world-class technology.

Collaborate with engineering, quality and operations to resolve issues, minimise downtime and sustain delivery. Prior leadership in manufacturing or assembly is essential; electronics/high-tech experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading teams within a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards.
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and manage people.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience within electronics or high-tech manufacturing is advantageous.
