Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (DOE)

Hours: 40 hours per week, rotating shifts (Days & Backshift)

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Team Leader to support daily operations in our fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. You'll lead a diverse team, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and with a positive team spirit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to meet production and quality goals.
  • Plan and allocate staff according to workload and priorities.
  • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and encourage development.
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety.
  • Promote teamwork, respect, and inclusion across all nationalities and skill levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
About You
  • Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
  • Confident, hands‑on leader with strong people skills.
  • Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable leading a multicultural team and promoting a positive workplace.
Hours & Pay

40 hours per week, rotating shifts, Days and Backshift.

Every second weekend off.

Salary: £32,000-£36,000 (depending on experience)
