Our Production Team Leader roles at Samworth Brothers are highly sought after. The ideal candidates are energetic and quick to respond.

• Lead the department or line team to become motivated and engaged, through organizing job rotation, conducting performance and probation reviews within the correct timelines, staff training, coaching, appropriate delegation, and regular communication of team performance.
• Proactively take personal responsibility and support the Line Manager, including covering for them when unavailable.
• Champion health & safety initiatives and embody the Samworth Brothers’ purpose and values.
