Job summary

Puratos is expanding its site and seeks a Team Leader to build and guide a new production squad. You will inspire the team through onboarding to excellence, champion safety, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage resources, and report performance across key KPIs, leveraging ERP/MES tools to optimise costs and efficiency. You will work closely with shifts and departments to sustain a customer-focused, collaborative environment that aligns
