Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts – 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm

Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Production Team Leader / Line Leader to join our clients team within a busy manufacturing and production environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, supporting and motivating the production team, and ensuring that production targets, quality standards and health and safety requirements are consistently met.

We are looking for someone with a hands‑on approach who can lead by example, communicate effectively and help ensure the smooth running of the production line.

Working Hours & Pay

• Hourly rate: £13.61 per hour.
• Early shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm.
• Late shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm.
• Rotating shifts.
• Monday to Friday.
