Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Production Team Supervisor to join the production management team. You will lead operators across production lines, ensuring safety, quality, volume and cost targets while guiding training and performance reviews.

You will report to the Production Shift Manager and collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to deliver the production plan and drive improvements across safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy skills to at least Level 2 Maths and English.
• Competent in MS Office software.
• Working knowledge and understanding of safety principles in the workplace.
• Experience of supervision, ideally in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods environment.
• Has demonstrated consistently the company core values and performance pillars over time.
• Demonstrates clear communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to listen to and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and influence positive team behaviour.
• Achieve quality checks and investigate deviations.
• Manage order-related processes and documentation for production lines.
• Optimize production plan and set priorities.
• Collect and enter data into electronic data collection systems.
• Analyze data related to safety, quality, cost and people.
• Lead or participate in improvement projects.
• Organise procedural updates for production lines.
• Conduct handovers and participate in required meetings.
• Develop and implement a training plan for lines.
