Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a production operator to join our manufacturing team in Braunton, UK. You will help convert raw materials into semi-finished products while meeting safety, quality, and output targets.

You will work with team members and other support functions, reporting to the line Team Manager. You will perform line changeovers, operate equipment per defined methods, and maintain a clean, GMP-compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Able to follow the principles of team working
• Able to undertake physical work including lifting, lowering, carrying, pushing and pulling
• Willing to demonstrate Perrigo core values and performance pillars

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of self and others
• Perform quality checks and follow-up activities
• Operate production equipment per line specifications
• Carry out line changeovers including disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly
• Move components and materials as required using pallet trucks
• Read and act on English instructions and procedures
• Record data and explanations in paperwork
• Interact with electronic production monitoring equipment
• Maintain GMP-compliant clean working environment
• Participate in team briefings and continuous improvement projects
• Provide training to colleagues if selected
• Escalate relevant information to colleagues and managers
• Undertake other duties to support Perrigo
