Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a production supervisor to lead production processes on the factory floor, coordinating with the Production Shift Manager to meet KPI targets. The role requires adherence to SOPs and HS&E policies and may include stepping into the Production Shift Manager role for around five weeks per year.

You will spend about 80% on the line performing a production function, with responsibilities in 5S, quality control, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in ophthalmic lens manufacturing.
• Ability to work on your own without supervision.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, 18001 & 45001 and Lean manufacturing.
• Motivating teams and using initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead production processes with the Shift Manager to meet KPIs.
• Ensure 5S practices and HS&E compliance at all times.
• Step in as Production Shift Manager during absences.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor safety, quality and production targets on the line.
