Tiger Trailers in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Working Supervisor for our production lines. You will lead a team of up to 25 staff, set targets, and drive efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working at this level within a similar industry is essential.
• Effective communication skills and a structured approach to record keeping.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong IT skills, including the use of tablets and computer software, are essential.
• Organised, proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to ensure production output targets and quality standards are maintained.
• Ability to work under pressure and go beyond the call of duty when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, implement, optimise and deliver production contracts.
• Set and deliver production targets, using time and motion studies to improve labour efficiency and output.
• Supervise, train and mentor a team of up to 25 employees.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to maintain targets.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the production area.
• From time to time, you may be required to perform other duties; adequate training will be provided.
