Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees, typically hourly workers.
• Broadening knowledge to execute policy/strategy within the technical discipline.
• Understand key business drivers and how team work integrates with other teams.
• Autonomy to make decisions within defined framework; seek senior input for non-standard issues.
• Develop customer relationships for customer-facing roles and act as interface between customer and GE.
